CHRISTMAS

Christmas means a lot to me because it is the day Jesus Christ was born and I also have lots of fun on this day. For this Christmas I will probably have a trip to Houston to visit my family that lives there or they might come to my house and visit me and my family. My Christmas tradition is...we always open one present earlier than time,we wake up at 12:00 midnight and we open the rest of our presents, and we take pictures of what we got for Christmas .Maybe 2 days earlier my grandma and whoever wants to help ,cooks the Christmas dinner for Christmas day.On Christmas day we all come and sit at the table and we eat our family dinner and I have so much fun!!!..

MY TRIP TO THE AUSTIN TOROS GAME

Today December8,2009 my school EACPA went to the Austin Toros basketball game,it was really cool.I had never been to a basketball game or another game in my life so it was a good experience to be able to go.When we first arrived we meet and saw the cheerleaders,after that we meet the Toros mascot.After their mascot came out and greeted every one the Austin Toros came out and started to play their game.Their mascot was giving things to the audience like shirts,balls,bobble heads,pom poms.The Austin Toros was going angist the Vipers.The Vipers had 97 points and the Austin Toros had 88 points.I was really disappointed that the Toros had lost,but I really still had so much fun because we was able to miss half a day of school and I have never been to any game so it was a fun sight to see my first game.Then after the game was over I went and meet all of the cheerleader's and I also got their autographs.This day I had a lot of fun and I enjoyed myself and I hope that we are able to go to another fun field trip like this!!

OUR GOLBALORIA VISIT

Our school had a visit from Ms.Rachel from New York yesterday November 23,2009.Rachelwas interviewing us us about what topic some students wanted to make their game about and how they wanted to make their characters move and how they wanted to make their details in the game,what they wanted their back round to look like and every thing else I think that when Ms.Rachel came and asked us questions it was fun and I hope that she would come back another day.My experience with golbaloria is,like we blog about the things we learn,we make flash and we we write in our wiki about the game we want to make.I think that golbaloria is a good process to use for the Internet,also I think that it is fun to work with.

WHAT IVE LEARNED THIS WEEK

The things that i have learned this week is how to make a flash.I want to learn how to make backrounds and my characters and alot other things for my game.Another thing is we learned how to make a text box.My excitements to make this game is to make my game interesting and fun.

WHAT IM DOING FOR THANKS GIVING

This Thanksgiving my family will be coming from Houston.My grandmother is going to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner for my family.Also my 19 year old cousin is having a baby and we will be helping take care of the baby and going shopping.That is all that I know that I'm doing for Thanksgiving.

MY MINY GAME

The game that I will be making is about the rain forest.The name of my game is called "saving the rain forests."The concept of my game is to stop people from cutting and burning down the trees.The concept of my game is to save the forests because the rain forests provides oxygen for us.And if we don't have the rain forests will could die from not having oxygen.My game will teach other people that the rain forest is vary important to earth.The goal for my game is for me to have all of the things that I need.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

This past week I have learned how to make a mini game and a mini game movie,also I have learned how to add the mini game movie to my wiki home page page.Some things that I hope to learn more about how computers work and I also want to learn how to put a computer back together after it has been taken apart.I feel that action scripting is a good process to use.Some things that I've been having stuggles with is making a miny game movie.
Acting scripting is used to devlope new web sites and soft ware.Action scrpiting was first known as a scrpting language.

RED RIBBON WEEK means a lot to me because it is a memory for Enrique Camarena,the man who wanted to stop drugs he was known as (Kiki).Being drug free is important to your future because if you use drugs,when you grow up you will not be able to do a lot of things that you would like to do also it will slow you down.I think that Enrique Camarena was a great man because he tried to make our world drug free and it is a god thing that he tried to stop drugs from coming and going into the U.S.A.I do feel that he was kind of a hero because he tried cached many of the people who did drugs and the people who did use drugs he would try help them quit.I do wish that he would still be here today so he could help the people who does use drugs now stop using them,and making the little kids think that it is okay.I do know someone who used drugs and it did affect her in the future.It affected her by her not being able to have a house to live or sleep in,not being able to get a good job,and not having a good education.Later on she did stop using drugs and she did have a better life.These are the reasons why living a DRUG FREE LIFE important,you will have a better future.

These are five things that you don't do when it comes to safety.
1.Do not give out your number or talk to strangers on the Internet.
2.Do not give anyone your computer information.
3.Do not give anyone your address information.
4.Do not give anyone your name.
5.Do not give anyone your password.
These things are important because if you do then you could get hurt or in trouble because there are thousands of people that be on the internet and if you don't know them then you could give a bad person your informartion.

The things that I have been having a hard time with is adding pictures on my blogger and my wiki.Also I have been having trouble with my vocabulary words,only a little bit.The things that I think are frustrating is sometimes when we have to write story's.I don't have a hard time with story's,it just depends on what it has to be on.Mrs.miller can help my class understand the concepts of globaloria better by maybe if she would explain institutions better or she could type the instructions and pass them out to every one.I think that I am doing a little well in technology,but I think that I need to make some big changes.These are all of the things that I am doing good or bad in technology.
